The scheme will have Regular plan and Direct plan with a common portfolio and separate NAV’s.
Each of the above (Regular and Direct) plan under the scheme will have the following Options: (1) Growth Option and (2) Dividend Option with Payout Facility
Minimum of Rs 5,000/- and in multiples of Rs 10/- thereafter during the New Fund Offer period.
The units offered under the Scheme are proposed to be listed on National Stock Exchange Ltd. (NSE) within 5 business days from the date of allotment. Further, units of the scheme may be listed on any other recognized stock exchange/s as may be decided by AMC from time to time, in accordance with SEBI guidelines.
As the units will be listed on stock exchange/s, investors/ unit holders can buy / sell units on a continuous basis on the stock exchange/s.
Entry Load: Nil
Exit Load: Nil. No redemption/repurchase of units shall be allowed prior to the maturity of the scheme. Investors wishing to exit may do so through stock exchange mode
